Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Include original packaging and tags, where applicable.

• Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items returned in used or damaged condition

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@luxebella.store within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to assist with the resolution process.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
